Steps to Create Magazine’s Cover Page

1. Select New, Letter, Portrait
2. In Page Design, select “Size”
3. Select “Create New Page Size”
4. Input “Magazine Cover Page” into  the Name’s Section
5. Input for Width: 20.9 cms.
6. Input for Height: 27.3 cms.
7. On Target Paper Size, select:
                             “Letter (21.59cm x 27.94 cm)

8. Click Ok.​

Steps to Create the Table of Contents

​
1. On the Insert Menu,  click on the “Page Parts” Menu
2. Click on “More Page Parts”
3. Select a Heading such as “Newsletter Title” from Arts
4. Scroll down to “Tables of contents”
5. Click on “All Tables of Contents”
6. Select one of the Models
7. When inserted, customize the Table Size to your Blank Page   Size
8. Edit the Table on the Sections Inside this issue and Inside Story according to the Contents of your Magazine.
9. Edit the Table on the Sections of Page Number to reflect the page number where you talk about that contents

Steps to Create Greeting Cards in Publisher

1. Open Publisher
2.   Click in “File”
3.   Click in “New”
4. From the Available Templates Screen, click on “Greeting Cards”.
5. Select the Templates options as:

“Installed and Online Templates” , if you have internet access “Online Templates”, if you only want to see internet files “Installed Templates”, if you have not internet Access.
6. Click on the Greeting Category you need: Birthday, Holidays, Events, Thank you.
7. You can design your own card using the Blank Sizes Option
8. Customize:  Color Scheme,  Font,  Page Size, Layout
9. Click on “Create”.
